Newest Trend In Sandwich Boards Is The Snap Frame

Sandwich boards and sidewalk signs that feature snap open frames are a rising trend because they make changing messages quickly- a real possibility. Snap frames feature quick clip technology allowing for easy loading and unloading capabilities. To load or change a graphic, simply snap open all four sides of the sign frame. Once you’ve finished placing your poster, letter board or acrylic write-on board, into the allotted space, just snap down the four sides of the frame, and you’re done. Below are three prominent styles of sandwich boards that are used to market services or advertise specials inside or outside of an establishment.

• Sandwich boards with changeable letters present customized messages in a professional manner. Changeable letter boards featuring snap open frames are becoming very popular. These changeable sandwich boards offer superior legibility and are even visible from passing vehicles. These sidewalk signs are typically offered with black, white and sometimes red letters. The snap frame sign holder secures the letter boards behind a see through, protective lens which keeps the changeable letters from being tampered with. Replacement letter sets can also be purchased separately to add to their advertising flexibility.

• Sandwich boards with write-on surfaces are also known as marker boards. Why would having a marker board with a snap frame be necessary? Simply because the snap frame holds the protective overlay in place, keeping your dry or wet erase writing surface safe from the elements. These elements include moisture and rainy weather or passersby erasing your messages. Anti-glare lenses make viewing easy while they protect your designs. Many of these sandwich boards allow for the actual write-on surface or marker board to be removed from its snap open frame. This feature enables you to design the board without having to crouch down uncomfortably or lug the whole sign indoors to create your messages. In my experience, this does not apply to all, but when it does – it is definitely an added bonus.

• Sandwich boards that display posters are an industry favorite. When placed under snap frames, posters remain protected and are always easy to change. Typically, the poster is held in place by the snap frame under an anti-glare overlay. Snap frames eliminate the need to worry about moving your sandwich boards inside and out to change or update graphics.

These sandwich boards come in the form of portable a-frame signs for indoor and outdoor use, or in double-sided sidewalk signs with water-filled bases. Because snap frame technology is a rising trend, it is quickly becoming available in all styles of sandwich boards and sidewalk signs.
